Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dill weed
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon dry yellow mustard powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoons malt, tarragon, cider vinegar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Yields @2 cups
Pour into bottles and store in the fridge.
