3 oz. package of cream cheese
A pinch of salt
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat together until light and fluffy, adding a few drops of milk or cream, if necessary, to make the icing a spreading consistency. Spread over cooled cake.
