Ready or Not #196: Weekly Calendar

Recently I created two calendars, the Annual Calendar and the Large Annual Calendar, for you to use for the coming new year.  After I finished them I realized that some of you need the option to keep track of things hour by hour and so I created this new calendar especially for you really busy people.  The good thing is that you can combine the Annual Calendar and this new Weekly Calendar into one really useful tool.  You will find all of the calendars on the Worksheet tab.

I didn’t put dates on the Weekly Calendar because that is something that you can fill in on a need-to basis (and you will have the correct dates because you already printed out the Annual Calendar).  I know that in the past when I bought weekly calendars, there would be weeks at a time that I wouldn’t use and it would seem like such a waste.  This way if you don’t have any appointments during the week, you don’t waste paper or space on your homemade calendar.

Make sure that you print these sheets out back to back so that when you open your personalized calendar, you will see the whole week at a glance.  (Click on the picture to see a larger version.)

Remember, there are only a couple more days until the 2011 year begins, so get these calendars printed out and start the new year by being organized and prepared!
