Ready or Not #46: California Drought
What is more important: water for crops to feed the people of America or small, two-inch sized fish? California is in the third year of a drought yet irrigation water is not being allowed into the waterways of the San Joaquin Valley because Congress has put these tiny fish on the endangered species list.
